The email address is edited out automatically, since there is no reason to post such information publicly. AHQ is a peer-based site and nobody here can assist with account-based issues. 

You mention an advisor sending you here? This should not happen, at all, we can't take any action here. Also, did they tell you to post your personal information? If so, can you provide the case number?
