I completed the following sets: The trenches sets, the madden collector sets, and the super bowl ticket set but they aren't turning in. I restarted the app and my device multiple times but it remains this way.

So I completed the Super bowl master clyde edwards helaire and I went to open the pack so I could get him then my game crashed. So I went back into the game to receive him and my pack was gone. Also I need one more badge for Tyreek if you could give people badges
I also had the same problem. I completed the 96 overall Clyde Edwards-Heliare pack and never received him.
