Everytime I get on the game and try to purchase something in the store the product says "click to see price" but when I tap on it it pops up saying "We're sorry but the transaction was not successful. We'll try again later". And it doesn't even tell me the price or let me choose my payment option. Please help.

Do you use an Apple or Android device?

Do you know if you get this error on other types of purchases or just this one?

Are you using a pre-paid card to fund this purchase?

Have you tried re-installing the game? (As long as you login to the game using Google/Apple/Facebook your progress won't be lost)

Can you let me know if these steps below help fix this for you? Be sure to also check your purchase history for your account to see if there are any errors or current pending charges there.

@EA_Blueberry I purchased the Madden Season 7 pass for Mobile and it glitch I paid $29.00 and it didn’t give me my stuff I paid for so now don’t have to the money to pay it again and can please help me and now it’s telling to repurchase again

This is the Charge I got yesterday without getting the stuff I purchased and the game Glitch out saying the Purchase was successful

@EA_Blueberry Still nothing I reinstalled and reset my device nothing happened still shows I didn’t purchase the Season 7 pass again

Okay no worries. Have that purchase history on standby and submit a case in game from Settings>Help/Customer Service so our Advisors can get it added to your account. We'll make sure you get it.
