Smh. What's the point?

I just lost (almost twice in a row and barely won at that) a solo challenge in the blitz tournament tab like I was playing against someone who had actually built their team, not like the actual team I was just playing that clearly have a bunch of sliver and gold players with a handful of elite 1 players. I can't ever get someone to explain how these things are possible and at the rate they happen if the ratings actually mean anything. And ea would not be ea if they didn't have those exact same silver, gold and elite 1 players catching my Alvin Kamara (ghost of Christmas present) from 15-20+ yards behind him. None of those players have anywhere near a 97 speed. Most of them are barely 80 something. I'm still experiencing crazy lagging and during matches, while the clock is still ticking and my opponent is scoring, my screen is just showing the stadium, players walking around and in the huddle. Smh. Months. It's been months. 

How are these silver, gold and elite 1 players as good as my diamond 1&2 players if the ratings mean anything? I mean they're ALWAYS playing much better than expected. Why are we buying these players if the silver, gold and elite 1 payers are going to be just as good?
