Snow ball reward 2nd day
After building snowman for 2nd day it showed present received but nothing showed as a reward! Not a player not snow points for trading for player and no stamina. Just no reward or present at All

If you navigate to your Items, click the "Items" header, and you should see a collectible as depicted in the screenshot attached below:
As the description of the Present states, you can redeem the Present for an "epic prize" during Ultimate Freeze, which is presumably the next promo after Let It Snow ends on December 15th. So, you won't be able to receive anything from acquiring the Present until then.
