Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I bid on two auctions now and have lost both. Problem is I never received my coins back. This is the 2nd time I have tried to notify you about this problem. I have lost over 140,000. I don't know the exact amount, but it's very discouraging when you save up the coins only to lose them all. Please help.

    They haven't said anything to me at all. The case is open, but have done nothing

      Just lost another 19000 coins, lost auction ... server locked up ... went back in and coins not returned! You would think that EA would get thi fixed. My suggestion is everyone send emails and leave bad feedback in the Google Play store or Apple store.

    I just lost 37,000 trying to get warren moon...really encouraging for the marketplace. I want my coins back.
