If you have lost coins in an auction or have not received and item from an auction please allow 24hrs to pass for the coins or item(s) to become available.
After 24hrs if the coins or items are not available to you then first power your device off and back on.
If your missing items or coins are still not available upon login then contact an Advisor for assistance.

I've done this twice and haven't gotten anything back yet... While waiting for them to get me back my previous coins lost, it happened again.
I bid on a new OT for 40,000 coins, and the time went all the way down to 0, then into the negatives. I hadn't won the auction, but my money was still gone. It's not in my bids, nor did I get the player so I'm down 40k now.

I went to buy an OG and OT for 20,000 each and I lost both auctions and never got my coins back. It's really dissapointing when you save up so much money and lose it all for nothing. I'm using a samsung tab 3. I would greatly appreciate it if you would help me.
Nevermind, It resolved itself after a little while.
I put Andrew Luck's Captain card on the market and then it just disappeared when the auction time was up. I basically lost 75,000 coins.
Wait 10 minutes or so, the auction house is really glitchy right now. You should get your money back but you probably won't get the card.
