Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I bid on a new OT for 40,000 coins, and the time went all the way down to 0, then into the negatives. I hadn't won the auction, but my money was still gone. It's not in my bids, nor did I get the player so I'm down 40k now.

    My experience was similar. I was bidding 20K on a Danny Woodhead Card and I bidded over and over again 6 times. Lost around 125K and now I'm broke w/o a Danny Woodhead Card.

      Similar thing happened to me. I bid on a player and the clock ran out to zero with me having the highest bid. But the usual "player will be on bench" didn't appear and I didn't have the player or the money I bid on him.

    This happened to me twice. I tried contacting EA support but it's impossible to reach anyone.

    I lost my coins but I won the action but I didn't get my player

    That has happened to me twice now and I have won auctions and get the player when I added the player to my lineup there rating went down for instance I got Hardy 88 DE when I added him to my lineup he turned into 86
