Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I put a player in the auction he was 89 ovr and when I came back he was gone and I didn't get any money and today I tried buying someone through the auction then my app crashed and I lost all my money and didn't get the player who can I email or call to fix this?
