Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I have bid on three players for a total of almost 30,000 coins and right before their time runs out, the auction crashes and they disappear and I don't get my coins back, I have tried everything from restarting my phone to re downloading the app
