Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

While I was in the middle of a bid for Troy Aikman worth 50,200 gold coins I received a message saying the auction house is currently unavailable, afterwards I want back to my bid and I had lost the player and coins.
