Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I recently bought two cards from auctions: Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall collectibles. The screen said that I was the highest bidder for both, but when I went to use my cards for a dynamic duo set, they were not there. Shortly afterward the server crashed, and when I was able to get back on, they were still not there, but my money was gone. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
