Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I spent 40100 coins on Percy Harvin PR and after it ended it said I won. I checked my lineup and my bids in the auction house and he wasn't there. I really want a refund. My gamer tag is Isaiah. Refund please. This is my Facebook ID https://www.facebook.com/isaiah.morales1

    I bid 100k on a player. I sat there clicking refresh waiting to win. When the clock reached 0, he disappeared. I'm not happy.

    I had twenty two thousand coins and bought three packs and didn't receive any of the packs or my money back beca use of the game crashing. I was hoping I could get my coin or the packs back. Email is [edit: email address removed]

    I put bid on ovr 85 Micah Hyde player of the week. When auction timer ticks to 0, player and coins just disappear. I lost around 8000 coins. Any help?
