Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I won the auction, but I didn't get an item.

I know if I failed the auction because of network related problem, my coin should be retured to me, but i didn't get anything.

I wanna get back my game coin or item. Please fix this.
