Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

So I couple of hours ago I put up Troy Aikman for at least 100k and had 44 mins till it expired or what not and then I checked back when I got back on and it was gone, didn't expired nor it was sold. Worked so hard and look what happens, what can ea do about this since I know they're is no refund or coins back. Username: Bradly

    Same happened to me when I put up kiko Alonso for 10000000 coins and bobby Wagner just disappeared with 40 some minutes left username is chenster18 please give them back to me.
