Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I recently had my Andrew Luck captain card for sale in the auction. It was supposed to have ended 15mins ago ( no bids) so I figured I would go back and reclaim the card. When I went back to auctions>my auctions I no longer see the card nor did I see my coins increase by my minimum or maximum bid. Can this be resolved so I can get my card back?

    I am having the same problem this past few days and have to wait for hours before EA servers sends notification on the result of my auctions. Just today, I thought I lost two cards but after two hours I received a message that one of them sells and one expires.
