Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I recently won my bid on live auction, it confirmed the win and subtracted the sum of money from my account by I never got the message to claim the player and he never showed up in my roster. Help!

It's happening a lot. I wouldn't use auctions for a while. I lost 39k last night.
