Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

Cmon, there are so many questions in here on the same topic. Someone please answer, even if it's "we're looking into it." I opened a case number two days ago, spoke to a phone rep who said he would elevate my case and I would get an email. I just tried live chat, waited 30 minutes and once I got a rep I got booted by the system.

I won a bid spending 107000 coins. The coins were deducted but I didnt get the player. I want the coins or the player.

    I've had the same issue multiple times. The auction concludes, runs past the time and doesn't comment that I've won and doesn't return my coins. I've lost over 200,000 coins on that alone.
