Sold an item but you haven't gotten your coins yet? Read here

To avoid avoid any more threads being posted here and on Answer HQ about this problem, Its already known by the devs. If you sold an item and you haven't gotten your coins yet. Please be patient....

I was bidding on a player and lost all my coins (200k) when i the auction became unavailable. How do I get my coins back?

I bought 2 OT and 2 OG from the live auctions but never got to use them. Also, it took my money after I got them. So now I have no money and no new linemen. How can I get them. or at least get my money back.
