my missing alot of coins and players
This has been happening to me as well for about the last week. Sometimes the auctions work fine and other times you think that you an auction but the you never receive the player and you never get your coins back either. I have spent an extremely large amount of time trying to contact EA support about this. I was told 3 days ago that my case was being esculated and that someone would contact me within 2 days. I am still waiting. EA's support is absolutely useless. I finally contacted Google Play support and managed to receive a refund for all of my in-app purchases that I have made in the last 10 days. They recommend going to the following link and reporting the app developer for not properly supporting their app.
