Son Deleted Madden Mobile 24 from Ipad, can you recover?

My son accidentally deleted his account from his ipad and is freaking out. Is there a way to recover if it is not connected to an email or apple id? I have his username.

Hey @e9eilutp5fz1,

If the account isn't linked to anything, then our advisors would need the account's User ID in order to help. I don't think they can use the username. If you have that, you can try reaching out to live support to see if they can help you recover your account.

I'll try everything my dad was deleted I can't recover it I don't know what the hell is going on

Did you link your progress previously? If so, you should be able to get it back by signing in via what you used to link.
