Stamina Regen Timer

I don't have the Stamina Regen Timer. I upgraded timer. How to turn it on. EA support wasn't very helpful.

    Hello @tipsuda328. Could you add some screenshots from the game? Your problem is probably that you have more stamina than your max regen allows. You won't get it anymore. It only works when below your max amount.
