Stole my Rising Stars badges!

Question

So EA finally came back with rising stars &amp; seems they have done a conversion for badges &amp; laurels, only problem is they shorted me! I had&nbsp;@ 450 RS badges &amp;&nbsp;@ 550 laurels&nbsp;but only got 169 RS badges in total? I had more then 169 to begin with? #HELP
