STORE bought ROSTER PLAYER not available on LINEUP mangement screen

I bought DENZELLE GOOD (OG) from the STORE and ranked him up to 95, but he does not show up when I try to replace CONNOR MGGOVERN (OG-64).  I have another 64-OG behind him, but DENZELLE GOOD never appears anywhere on the LINEUP screen.  What am I missing?  Star limit?  OVR limit?  I'm ticked.  Spent allot a resources here and got nothing.  Any help?  Ideas?  OVR: 2,407 ... 30 TOTAL STARS ... 187 TOTAL LEVELS.   THANKS!!!
