switched phone and old madden mobile account did not sync

I do not have a FB account..so when i switched phones my old aaccount did not sync to my new phone.. my phone will not turn on at all so i cannot create facebook and sync with new phone.. please help ...

While the method that @CalgaryGuy76 said will probably work, the best method is to get the original phone that you were playing Madden Mobile on, to turn on, sync it to Facebook (even if you have to make an account specifically for madden mobile), then go to the new device and connect to facebook.  It's much easier than the other method.

    Thanks for replys guy... problem is my old phone will not turn on at all. I know the username of my old account but not i.d. i will try to contact the ea rep and pray to the madden gods he can help me xD. Again thanks for replys and i will be sure to try bith methods. Thnks

    Having the same issue...however, the screen on the old phone is dead. But I can still access the files inside. Might there be a way to transfer files between phones with a computer go between? And I can't find where to pm anyone on that link calgaryguy76 posted
