Tier 3 reward was not equal to what was put in

We asked about this already, and the contents of that particular firework do appear to be the correct ones. There was an additional chance to pull a 102 OVR Master, which I believe is where some of the value also lies. Still, I 100% agree with you that the guaranteed value of Firework 9 is poor in comparison to what was required to put in to build it.
Tier 3 Firework 8 has been the cause for the most concern of any of the Fireworks. Firework 8 only gave one guaranteed 98+ OVR player (opposed to the 2 in Firework 9), 700 tablets, 250k TP, and a chance at a 102 OVR player. They seemed to overvalue the currency in weighing the rewards. You only really came out on top with the Tier 3 Fireworks if you were able to pull Firework 7, which was a selection of a 102 OVR SB Master, or got really lucky with the chance pull at a 102 OVR in Fireworks 8 & 9.
The Game Changers made sure to raise any and all concerns about the value of fireworks to the team. It's looking like these things will not be able to be addressed until they return from the 4th of July holiday, so hopefully tomorrow (Tuesday) we start to receive some official word about what is exactly going on with everything.
