TOTY Lesean McCoy not receiving spd boosts!!???

Just showing a 2 examples, but most of my team is TOTY and they ALL are receiving a +11 spd boost except for Lesean! He was receiving a +9 until today, his spd was 120 and I leveled him up 2 levels. The preview was showing +1 for the first lvl and +3 for 2 lvls. I upgrade him and he stays at 120 spd and now his spd boost is only +7 from the TOTY boosts??
