- Try clearing the cache. Then restart your phone.
If that doesn't work then uninstall the game and reinstall. Sometimes those steps solve problems like this. - What’s a cache
- For android go to your phone settings. Scroll down and click on apps. A list of your installed apps will appear. Scroll down to Madden overdrive and click on it. On the screen that pops up click on storage then click clear cache.
I don't know the exact process on Apple but I'm sure it's similar - I have apple and it’s not a option

We have iOS troubleshooting steps below which includes steps on how to clear the cache. Another player was able to reduce crashes with errors lately by lowering their game's video resolution in-game. Go to settings and under preferences you'll see a slider bar. Try adjusting it lower to see if that has any positive effect for you.
