Training points
For about one month I have not been receiving my Training Points correctly. I am a Diamonds player. In Madden Base, Daily Arena and other game modes I receive much fewer Training Points than what the game shows as the reward. For example in Daily Arena the reward was displayed as 1716 TP but I only received 397 TP. This happens consistently and not just once. My Diamonds benefits should be active but the bonus Training Points are clearly not being applied. I have restarted the game and checked my status but the problem still persists. Please investigate this issue and explain why the promised Training Points are not being awarded. Thank you.
