I pulled the limited edition 91 overall Troy Polamalu card from my New Years present, so I tried to upgrade him to the evolvable version using the set. However, he doesn’t show up as available for use in the set. I’ve tried with him in my lineup and out of it, neither works. Has anyone else experienced this problem/know what to do about it?
The team is aware of this bug and planning to fix it.
Go to madden core sets and you need 2k gems and then you can evolve him. I made the same mistake.

I already have a 92 Troy and know how to EVO it in the CORE. I pulled a new one from New Years Presents. The new 91 Troy does not show up in the in the CORE set for evolving.

Do you think it has anything to do with the pull being 40 power, instead of the 50 power shown in the set?
Has anyone else had a problem with the LTD players? I have Troy Polamalu that I can do anything with. I can't evo, exchange or sell him.
I'm having the same issue.
I got a 'Message' from the game saying that the New Year LTD Troy P had an issue as a result of if being Power IV instead of Power V. It said something about a replacement. When I look at my inventory, I got a Polamalu card that doesn't do anything. Did I misread the message? What do I need to do?
