Sunday morning and now Monday morning for yanda l, ll, and lll. And for Brooks l, ll, and lll is not resetting in the morning the last 2 days. I spent money on vip l and ll and am hoping to get a 100+ ovl player but it is much harder to do now that the 6 daily challenges are not resetting, now I feel like I'm behind....

We haven't seen any additional reports on this. Have you tried re-installing the app? As long as you're synced up to the cloud with Google/Apple/Facebook you won't lose your in-game progress upon re-installing the app.
Make sure your time and time-zone settings are correct on your device as well.
