UL and Dunk Broken For Four Days

The following is the text of a case I started with EA Help re: the UL and Dunk events being stuck for four days straight despite the usual troubleshooting steps:

For for days now every time I try to play the UL program it shows that I have already played all the events for the day even though I haven't played any. And starting last Saturday the Dunk event remains locked at stage three even though I completed rounds one and two already, round two twice. I have already performed all troubleshooting steps including force-quitting, clearing the cache, reinstalling the MM app, verifying date & time are correct and that my Android OS is up to date.

But despite my best efforts including taking the time to contact EA Help several times, the UL event continues to present as though I had already played all the blitzes for that day even though I played none. Today is the fourth day in a row that I've experienced this issue and I am concerned, frustrated and dismayed because I am falling far behind in my UL and Dunk progress. It's not fair and I would feel a lot better if this issue would be resolved and that EA would compensate me fairly for the four days lost progress in the UL & Dunk events.

Please help me! I have tried to get assistance several times to be told to perform troubleshooting which I did and to contact EA Help by phone call which is not always convenient for me to do due to my schedule. Again, I am both deeply frustrated and concerned about these issues with UL and Dunk because I have now lost over four days progress and am disappointed at falling so far behind due to no fault of my own. I have always supported MM via cash purchases of premium items and would deeply appreciate your assistance with these serious problems. Thank you! - Michael Kottler

  • @michaelkottler You won’t be able to access Stage 3 until this weekend.  The event is grouped and aligned with the Playoffs schedule culminating in Super Bowl timing to receive the Michael Thomas card.

    as for the the UL issue, I’m in the same boat as are many of our league members. Events say they’re repeatable and take your stamina to play again but don’t reward anything and they aren’t resetting. UL is a bust for us. Impossible to build any content since we can’t actually earn the components.

    @itsmraj2u I believe UL is now resetting every Saturday. Daily reset was for the initial launch of the program and the 3 days where you could get AB points
  • @JSG298 Thanks, the repeatable issue still ensures. They have the little circle arrows telling me I can repeat the event and it’ll take my stamina but after winning it doesn’t reward anything. I still can’t figure out how to get a 90 OVR Deion.
  • Thanks for your input and the Dunk information. It sucks that UL is broken but I'm glad I'm not alone in experiencing this issue. It's been five days now that IL has been unplayable and EA Help is of no help at all, asking me first to perform the usual troubleshooting steps then requesting I confirm the UL problem is not specific to my device. Really, EA? Wow. Five days of UL lost. I asked that they please do the right thing and fairly compensate players for all the lost progress which is immense. Thanks again.

    The official word from EA Help is now thatt the UL events, the main six, reset weekly now. Ouch! Really EA? You made an already very challenging event impossible. Why? 

  • @JSG298 Thanks for the information. The UL change still feels like a big slap in the face, making an already-challenging event an impossible event. Sigh.
