UL and Dunk Broken For Four Days
The following is the text of a case I started with EA Help re: the UL and Dunk events being stuck for four days straight despite the usual troubleshooting steps:
For for days now every time I try to play the UL program it shows that I have already played all the events for the day even though I haven't played any. And starting last Saturday the Dunk event remains locked at stage three even though I completed rounds one and two already, round two twice. I have already performed all troubleshooting steps including force-quitting, clearing the cache, reinstalling the MM app, verifying date & time are correct and that my Android OS is up to date.
But despite my best efforts including taking the time to contact EA Help several times, the UL event continues to present as though I had already played all the blitzes for that day even though I played none. Today is the fourth day in a row that I've experienced this issue and I am concerned, frustrated and dismayed because I am falling far behind in my UL and Dunk progress. It's not fair and I would feel a lot better if this issue would be resolved and that EA would compensate me fairly for the four days lost progress in the UL & Dunk events.
Please help me! I have tried to get assistance several times to be told to perform troubleshooting which I did and to contact EA Help by phone call which is not always convenient for me to do due to my schedule. Again, I am both deeply frustrated and concerned about these issues with UL and Dunk because I have now lost over four days progress and am disappointed at falling so far behind due to no fault of my own. I have always supported MM via cash purchases of premium items and would deeply appreciate your assistance with these serious problems. Thank you! - Michael Kottler
