Can you DM me with check your region, platform, phone language and UID? You'll find your UID on your settings page.
We have seen reports of such issues from time to time, so examples of affected folks should help.

Can I get which OS you're using (iOS or Android), your approximate region, and can I confirm your phone is set to English, or another language?
Unfortunately I don't know if the appropriate offers will come available again, but this info should help with figuring out what's not working here.Android, SE U.S.A, and it is set to English. Can I be refunded of the offers I did miss out on though please?
