Ultimate freeze tournament rewards

For the 12 days of madden tourney i got all the tiers and when i chose the 5 uf legend collectiables it gave me 5 snowballs instead! Will ea fix my game or am i stuck with it

I chose 5x elite coaches and I don't know WTF happened. It told me to select 1 item but I couldn't select the coach I wanted??

The same thing happened to me. I got 5 snowballs instead of legend collectibles. I’m only 5 away from the new UL Wide Reciever. Can EA please fix this. It would make my experience much better

This is dumb af i hope they give us are rewards soon i would of gotten a 94 Legend

Try doing the ea help support thing
