Unable to buy packs from online store.
In game purchases work. Daily MC claim works. I get an error message when I go to purchase something.

Thanks, for this error you'll want to get in contact with Apple support so they can review your account and billing information a bit further.
They referred me back to you. Guess I just won’t spend anymore. O well 🤷🏻♂️
I’m currently having the same error. Already contacted Apple to check my account and billing. Everything is up to date and referred me back to you suggesting that it’s on EA’s side of accepting or allowing transaction. So how do we go forward from here.
