Unable to complete the field of Fear STT set

When EA did the forced reset AFTER the beginning of the field of fear season - I had already completed an iconic Lynch and then went to build the Marvel Lynch. Then apparently EA noticed that there was some weirdness (okay massive QA failure) around this and forcibly reset all training points and downgraded my Lynch to worthless. Meanwhile I had build at legitimate iconic Lynch with points and $. 

SO after the reset it became IMPOSSIBLE for me to build to the Marvel, although I didn't realize that - so I went ahead and spent a fortune building up everything then realized that after getting to 10 on everything I still did not have enough to build the Marvel.   WHAT?

How do I get this resolved, HELP has been no HELP at all...
