Unable to Madden Mobile Game Play past 99%

I’ve been having this problem consistently in Arena, and now in events.  Cannot find help in forums anywhwre

Im also having this problem, Ive tried reinstalling the game, restarting my phone, and switching between mobile data and wifi and nothing works
