Unauthorized Charge

Hello, Can anyone tell me if EA Sports had charged them for something that wasn't authorized? Thank you, James

This is not an issue we are equipped to assist you with through the forums, it will require the support team to look into for you and assist however they can from there. If there's any confusion on either end as to the charge, reopen your case with the support team for another look.
