Unknown error has occurred please try again

When I try to play the yard or any online game, I get the error message “unknown has occurred please try again”. Everytime. I don’t have parental settings on, I moved on campus at my college, so I’m on my school network however, I can play 2k online , MLB, and any other game . It’s only like this with madden. I’ve reached out multiple times and haven’t gotten an answer, I tried all the trouble shooting methods, I uninstalled multiple times and reinstalled same problem. When i I’m in matchmaking in the hard standing by my teammates and the clocks hits 0, it gives me the message “unknown error has occurred please try again”. And then I have to close app because I can’t back out, I played $100 on this game. Let me play what I purchased.
