Unlimited head to head arena No top 100 rewards

Ok, so it’s plain and simple as shown. I had spent countless hours and plenty of my time on the weekend to become #1 on the leaderboard for online competitive Head to head unlimited and I didn’t get ANY of my #1 rank rewards. No 150,000 cash no all madden pack and NO training points and   the reward was supposed to pay out this morning around 7:30! It is now a new arena and 8:20 am pst and I still haven’t received my rewards for round 1 or round 2! Please help EA I need my rewards!! .
