Hello,Yesterday I downloaded the Madden NFL 21 Mobile App and accidentally linked my backup EA Account instead of my main EA Account. I uninstalled the app and redownload and choose the guest option like it says to do but it signs right back into my backup EA Account still. Is there anyway for me to change this?

@JJ1123 Do you have other EA apps installed on your device? If you're on Android, you'll want to make sure you uninstall all of them first before reinstalling Madden NFL 21 Mobile.

@EA_Blueberry No I don’t have any other EA games downloaded on IOS right now. Everytime I delete Madden Mobile and reinstall it still says “complete” with the wrong EA Account. Can’t unlink.

I have the same issue, I have done the steps in order to unlink my ea account but it comes up with the same results, is this issue still being sorted out?

I contacted EA support and they told me to submit a new question here because they did not have a fix for it yet. Kinda frustrating since now my progress on the yard won’t transfer over to my console.

The support team is terrible. I tried calling for same issue to unlink EA account from mobile and she kept asking for my gamer tag and I was afraid she was going to unlink my xbox account instead of mobile so I gave up and hung up. I don’t think she understood I kept referring to madden mobile. The iPhone keeps your progress so the steps online do not work to create a new guest account. I tried unlinking Apple ID and Facebook still no luck after uninstalling and reinstalling.
