Unlinking EA account from madden mobile

I've been trying to unlink my other Account from my madden mobile and use my main but I cant seem to be able. I tried to follow these steps https://help.ea.com/en-nz/help/madden/madden-nfl-21-mobile/...

There are steps at the bottom of this article on how to un-link your Mobile account from your EA account. If you still need help with account changes, please contact our Support teams via the links I replied previously with above.

Is their anyway I can unlink it? Like why can’t someone at ea just unlink it. If not why can u just delete it for me

They still haven't fixed it. After clearing cash, clearing data and doing an uninstall, EA still starts up with the old EA ID. You can't change it or unlink it.
