Unlinking EA account from madden mobile

I've been trying to unlink my other Account from my madden mobile and use my main but I cant seem to be able. I tried to follow these steps https://help.ea.com/en-nz/help/madden/madden-nfl-21-mobile/save-your-progress-in-madden-nfl-21-mobile

and that didnt work and then tried to get in touch with someone at EA help but I wasn't able to so I'm writing this here because it seems to be the only place that I can write something like this

There are steps at the bottom of this article on how to un-link your Mobile account from your EA account. If you still need help with account changes, please contact our Support teams via the links I replied previously with above.

They still haven't fixed it. After clearing cash, clearing data and doing an uninstall, EA still starts up with the old EA ID. You can't change it or unlink it.
