Remember you can create different depth charts for different purposes. It might also be an idea to play every other promo seriously, and save up your stuff for levelling in between promos you're actually going for.

The cross pollination of prerequisites is mind numbing! You have to level up to 35 OVR to play season 1 to completion and then you’re required to complete the entire AFC/NFC Challenges and you can’t finish them until you meet all those prerequisites! It has you using up all your different currencies only to find you need a different leveling up to even completely finish any of the games! Catch 22!
Oh there’s more caveats, but I’ll save it for a different post!- 4 years ago

Found my latest ‘huh’ part of the App … if I want to land a red key from one of the two bonuses listed in Genesis 5, I need to have a Level 40+ Defensive Tackle. 40! I did some mental math and quickly figured out that I cannot achieve a Level 40 player without putting in a significant amount of cash into this App. Real … world 🌎 … cash 💵
I’ve been playing this app since 2014 and haven’t ever been this limited in what I’m allowed to play based on whether I was willing to put money into my phone for it. We haven’t even started the bulk of Week 1 of the regular season in the NFL and I can’t play most paths anymore because I don’t have the resources to build to these levels.
Blueberry please tell us there are massive revamps coming to resources. Even the Training Center is practically no help now. I need thousands of patches and flags and stuff I still don’t even see as rewards to raise a dude to 40. The Training Center gives me like 12 patches when I need hundreds after Level 22.
So should I stop playing? I login and look at repeatable events like the Kickoff Offense and Defense, cash out my stamina and wait. I finished the Tour and those rewards no longer apply to my progress since I obtained the current Master. Since Training Center and Tour were the only places besides Divisions to use stamina, now what? I’m a Browns fan and so I’m aiming at Tier 6 in Divisions, but if I don’t get thousands of tokens in rewards, I can’t do anything with that either. And you only get thousands when you complete a tier challenge. It takes 4,000 tokens to get the two conference packs and then the Mega Pack … that rewards a rare 🤦🏽♂️
What are free play people supposed to do now? As long as I stay under 3,000 OVR/Power, I can win Arena regularly, but as soon as I get to the next section of Arena, I’m hosed as was mentioned previously.
So how do I level guys up so I can keep playing? And building these Epic players for S1 just to keep progressing through the chain? I have no options right now. If there’s no way to get more stamina without throwing 250MC for the first refill, how in the heck am I going to play enough events to get a handful of parts sparingly to build rare parts to then build Epic parts? Honestly, was it just the expectation that us free guys (what’s up Ryan Reynolds) weren’t supposed to be able to complete most event chains? Blueberry, You’ve been a straight shooter throughout the last couple years, and so I respect your candor. Can you drop some knowledge on us?
- 4 years agoForgot to mention that if I don’t get these red keys, I can’t get the Madden Pack in Journeys Trade-In and so I can’t complete Tier 2 in that part of Trade-In to get to Tier 3 🤷🏽♂️ As was mentioned in other posts, these keys come from rewards that are now in the stratosphere of what-the?!?! My remaining opportunities either require 4 TDs in a 30-second quarter scenario or something similarly unattainable. Then I see the Level 40+ DT. And so my question remains, am I supposed to just stop playing?
