What's better, TOTW, Football Outsiders, or just an Elite Player?

Thinking risk and reward, what's my best bet at getting a good player from the pack? Is an Elite Player Pack best? What are the overalls and player types I can get from the packs?

You're taking a risk with FO or TOTW because you could get a gold with either of those. If you got an elite of either of they would be better than your base elite, but neither of those packs guarantee you an elite.. The elite pack does...just something for you to think about

A TOTW or FO card will always be better than the base card, but as mentioned before those packs won't always give you an elite player. If you are trying to build a roster of all elite players the Elite Pack is the safer option. Many, but not all, base elite players still have better OVRs than gold TOTW or FO players.

If you are talking strictly elite players then the TOTW or FO packs will always give you the better players. The rub is that TOTW or FO packs can also give you gold players, which will most likely not have as high OVR as most base elite players.
