Wheres my snowballs from the new years presents
I selected the snowballs out of the elite presents from new years and never got them

I'm having the same problem it seems like every time I get a elite present and pick the snowballs, I never get the snowballs. This is very frustrating as I have spent money to get these presents and I need a answer as to why I have not received my snowballs.
