Why are players on overdrive so hard to get

I have been working on getting 97 overall Saquon barkBar Rookie of the year, and I have dido that event like 90 times, and it is very agrevating , so make these players easier to get, don't reward the people that buy their players with money, reward the ones who usually never pay and mostly work to make their team good
