Why does Madden Mobile keep Crashing

For the last 10 days Madden Mobile has kept crashing on me.

I deleted the app and downloaded again.   Had to go through the tutorials before I could finally connect to Facebook and have my profile on it where I was a level 36.

Now anytime I start madden mobile and connect to facebook to get my profile up, It crashes on me.

Cannot play anything on my profile where I have spent close to 50 bucks.   My only option is playing the game from the beginning, loosing all the money I have spent on this.

Whats going on?  Has anyone experienced this?

    Yo, wtf did you guys do to make this game suck so bad?!

    I wasn't able to access the Kickoff challenge since it started. I've also been stuck on The 2nd Micah Parsons challenge for 2 weeks now. The games keeps freezing when I try to access them, and all I'm left with is a background and a frozen game that I have to keep restarting. I'm losing out on a lot of rewards, Madden Cash, higher level players, and all the fun stuff that comes with winning the challenges. 

    This is a brand new Samsung device with no other apps than what comes on the device, so I have a shid ton of free storage. The only app that I've downloaded was this game... and I'm sitting exactly across from my router so my internet connection is strong af. I've been playing Madden Mobile since September 2014 and this is the first time this has ever happened, but it's seriously and extremely annoying. 

    I've already did the steps that you told the other person to do, but this BS is still happening. It's not my storage, it's not my internet connection, I don't have a FB link. It's the fricken game itself. Fix these bugs bruh. 😒

    Uninstall Madden

    Uninstall FB

    Run all Updates

    Run an AV (antivirus) on your phone/tablet (uninstall when done if you prefer).

    Make sure you have at least 700mb free on your device, preferably 1-1.5gb free (before installing FB and Madden).

    Power off your device and leave it for 5 minutes.

    Turn your device on,

    Download and install FB and login.

    Download and install Madden (don't run it yet).

    Power your device off again for 5 minutes.

    Turn your device on, and start Madden.  Hit the "connect to FB" button on the splash screen.
