That's not the problem because I would be touching my screen and it just turns off randomly and it only happens when I'm playing madden. I also had this problem with other android phones.

Would you both be able to provide me your device type and the latest software version you were/are experiencing it on?
This was answered in the last response by me. Madden 22 is the latest version released by EA. Everything is updated.
