Why is madden turning my phone off

I'm an android user and when I play madden every 2-3 minutes it puts my phone onto the lock screen. What should I do?

In your phone settings, you can set a longer screen timeout or disable that feature entirely, thanks.

That's not the problem because I would be touching my screen and it just turns off randomly and it only happens when I'm playing madden. I also had this problem with other android phones.

    This is also happening on IPAD OS for latest IOS version and latest version of Madden. Autolocks randomly. Any upcoming fix EA?

    This was answered in the last response by me. Madden 22 is the latest version released by EA. Everything is updated.

@Tribike15 It’s got to be a device issue but has it resolved or still having the issue?
