Why the words of Madden NFL Mobile 15 can not come to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3?

EA answer is always reinstall , i did all the steps they suggested and it did nothing , i think it is so popular they dont really care if some of us cant enjoy it completely 

I'm not affiliated with EA and I do my best to satisfy and fix all problems.

The same thing has been hapeinging to me and as for berry we can download it and all of that but when i open it Nonoe of the words under the plays show up and your money wont show up either The gui menu is fine but the plays the money and the pause menue have no words.

Hm, didn't know it was happening to black berry too.

I have the same problem with my samsung tab 3 lite. I dont know what it is, maybe a missing code but i dont know. hope they come out with a patch for this.

The game does not work well with Samsung galaxy tabs with many users (missing and jumbled text, coins, scores & AH prices are blank). Reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting....doesnt work. From my own research I found that it definitely doesn't work well with Samsung Galaxy tab 4 due to the OS being kitkat 4.4.2 but it may work with kitkat 4.4.4, though I can't confirm this as Tab 4s cannot be upgraded to 4.4.4. I believe the minimum requirements for the game as you have stated is android 3.2 so it should work, shouldn't it? Anything else we could try?

I heard with a tab 3 like yours you can upgrade your OS to android 4.4.4 or something different depending on your service provider. Try doing this and see if works. I literally trolled Google for a solution to this problem and found that some tab 3 users have been able to upgrade their OS and it should work. Unfortunately for tab 4 users nothing works. Please post back if it works or not. I'm very interested  to know.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 SM-T210 just has version KitKat 4.4.2; And i still have the same problem

Unfortunately Madden won't work well with Kitkat 4.4.2. Not being able to see text in the game is annoying and unfortunately it seems the good guys at EA don't have a fix for this so here is what I do (I hope it helps somewhat):

1) To compare player attributes & positions use the following website -http://www.muthead.com/madden-mobile/15/players 

2) Keep tabs of how many coins you earn by writing it down IMMEDIATELY after completing an event or game. This is the only time you would be able to see your coins. 

3) If your part of a league you obviously can't read any league messages so I just wrote a league message explaining to everyone in my league that I couldn't  read any of their posts so can't respond. 

4) The auction house is where the lack of text becomes REALLY frustrating as you can't see both the bid and buy-now prices. The only way to get around this is to guess unfortunately. I've lost countless bids because of the lack of text and sniping...forget about it.
